Mariah Daly is the Director of the Last Prisoner Project’s Cannabis Justice Initiative (CJI) – LPP’s legal program operated in partnership with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. After serving as a Student Judicial Clerk at the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio for the Honorable Judge Vascura, Mariah authored Franklin County’s Record Sealing Guide for Felonies & Misdemeanors in Columbus, Ohio. Mariah later went on to sign a book deal with Eliva Press who published her works as an academic law book titled “BOXED INTO A CORNER: The Fight to Ban Employers from Boxing out Deserving Job Applicants on the Basis of Criminal Record” available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other retail locations.
Mariah earned her B.A. and J.D. from The Ohio State University and successfully passed the Bar Examination in February 2021.
