NOTE: As you go through the Guide you'll notice we are using the
most restrictive requirements for mailings to ensure that your first letter arrives without issue. Once you have corresponded with a pen pal they can best tell you the specific requirements for their facility.
Additionally, once you have started coordinating conversation you can get in touch with your pen pal via email via online messaging systems like Corrlinks or JPay.
