AMANDA CRAWFORD
Director of Development
Amanda brings over nineteen years of experience in Fundraising and Development. Her expertise includes developing and executing giving campaigns, systems improvement, process development, individual giving, major gifts, and institutional giving, as well as, strategic planning. She is a self-proclaimed data nerd and specializes in CRM management. Amanda is passionate about criminal justice and sees a strong connection to LPP’s work with her background in community development and immigration. This passion motivates her to bring a holistic lens to development work, understanding the need to engage all teams within the organization to ensure key data and values are captured to tell the stories of LPP’s work.
From her own experience early in her career, Amanda knows what a difference a lack of mentorship can make. Because of this, she is passionate about growing and developing the next generation of development professionals.
Beyond work, Amanda enjoys creative outlet projects, including home remodel projects, building custom furniture and making all natural candles.
