Adrian has served as a policy consultant and technical assistance provider in over 20 states, including on state-initiated record clearance and sentence modification laws. He has been appointed to numerous state task forces, served as a policy consultant to multiple governors, and passed over a dozen criminal justice-related bills nationwide. Adrian’s work centers on bringing together different communities and stakeholders to develop a unified roadmap that drives towards common goals.
